Description

The U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado has a requirement for rental tents in support of cadet graduation and new cadet in-processing. Requirement includes tent rental, and labor for transport, set-up and tear-down of both contractor provided and government owned property. Three tents will be erected for cadet graduation in May 07 - 1 at the superintendents quarters (1 government owned 40x100 tent), and 2 at Falcon Football Stadium (1 government owned 40x40 tent and 1 contractor provided 30x40 tent). Four tents for new cadet in-processing in June 07 will be erected at the Association of Graduates (1 government owned 40x40 tent and 3 contractor provided 20x40 tents). The contractor provides supervision, trained personnel, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, and other items or services as necessary. Performance period will be established for a base year (summer 2007) and 4 option years. Solicitation will be restricted as a total small business set-aside. Applicable NAICS code is 532299. Contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA).
