Description

This is a solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Part 12. A written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number 675-02-07 applies and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15 and 2005-15 Addendum. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 492110 and the business size standard is 1,500 employees. Provide all supervision, labor, air-conditioned vehicle, etc. to provide same-day courier services from the James A. Haley Veterans? Hospital, Tampa, FL, to the VA Outpatient Clinic, at Melbourne, FL. Contractor shall provide the services in accordance with the terms and provisions of the solicitation, for the period April 1, 2007, through March 31, 2008, with options to extend 2 additional years. Subject to availability of funds. All quotations are to be submitted hard copy to the designated office by 3:30 p.m. US/Eastern time on March 22, 2007. Faxed versions are acceptable. All other electronic versions are not acceptable. Electronic Request for Quotation may be obtained free at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments or additional information issued to this request for quotation will also be available electronically at the URL address. Request for hard copy solicitation must be in writing. No telephone request will be accepted. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor, no later than March 19, 2007, are acceptable.
