Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA has a requirement for a Quantitive PCR Instrument System in accordance with the attached specifications. The Government intends to award a fixed-price purchase order. The NAICS (The North American Industry Classification System) is 334516. This acquisition is for a Quantitive PCR Instrument System for the NOAA National Ocean Service Hollings Marine Laboratory at 331 Ft. Johnson Road, Charleston, SC 29412. The two hours of training and ship to address shall be at the Hollings Marine Laboratory in Charleston, SC. The solicitation is only available on line and will be available for download on or about March 8, 2007. Quotations are due no later than Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 12:00pm. Interested parties should e-mail their information and point of contact to natalie.miller@noaa.gov. This award is full and open competition for award under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov and obtain a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505.
