- Electricity and ancillary services for ultimate delivery to various United States Navy Installations located in Italy ? 106,641 MWh. The Government is soliciting offers for a 7-month delivery period (1 June 2007 through 31 December 2007). Any contracts awarded will be Firm Fixed price (FFP) Requirements type. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is available. This announcement and the document, which can be accessed at the URL identified below, constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. Additional requirements may be added by Amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
