Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for Systems Integration services. Interested parties who believe they can meet or exceed all of the requirments described in this notice are requested to submit their response electronically in writing. In responding to this sources sought notice, vendors shall provide the following: 1) Provide the company name, business type (ex: large, small, women-owned, etc.), the total number of employees, the location of the company's HQ, the location of the company's offices in the Washington metropolitan area, and the annual revenue of the company for 2006. This shall be limited to no more than 1 page. 2) Provide a short description of core capabilities as they relate to performing systems integration projects. The description of core capabilities shall be limited to no more than 2 pages, 10-pt. typeface. 3) Provide a list of four (4) systems integration projects for which the vendor acted as the prime contractor. No more than 2 pages per project shall be submitted. Each integration project must meet the following criteria: period of performance was at least 18 months; customer was an organization of a similar size to OCC, customer's business was similar in scope to OCC's (e.g. an organization involved in financial supervision, oversight or audit functions), the project has been successfully completed (i.e., the system was deployed and is currently being used by the customer), and the total contract value was in excess of $10 million. For each project, provide the following information: -Name of project -Name of customer (i.e., commercial company or government agency for which the project was performed) - include the name of the department or bureau for which the work was performed (e.g., CIO's office, Division of Consular Affairs, Bureau of Land Management, etc.) -Brief description of the company's/agency's line of business -Size of company/agency in total number of staff AND annual revenue -Period of performance for the contract -Total contract value -System "go live" date -Names of any subcontractors for the project -Brief explanation of the business problem the system was anticipated to address -Indicate whether the integration services provided to the customer involved one or more of the following: implementation of a COTS solution, custom development, and/or application outsourcing. Vendors may visit the OCC web site (http://www.occ.gov/aboutocc.htm) for information about the OCC and its mission in order to select appropriate projects to respond to #3 above. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and is not to be construed aas a commitment by the Governmetn, nor willthe Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. No solicitation currently exists; therefore, please do not request a copy of a solicitation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized on FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of each interested party to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Respondents deemed fully quialified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement. The Government reserves the right to consider a any type of small business set-aside based upon responses hereto.
