Description: The project involves initial construction for a five story, 51,000 sf per floor administrative building. The work consists of concrete foundations and slab on grade; structural steel superstructure; elevated concrete slabs on metal deck; metal roof deck; adhered single-ply membrane roofing on insulation; combination foamed metal panel and glass exterior walls; concrete masonry unit stair and elevator shafts; concrete filled steel pan stairs; elevators; and incidental related work.
