Description

West Fargo Generator Buildings, West Fargo, ND. Principle features of the work includes all plant labor, materials, and supplies required to construct two concrete masonry unit (CMU) buildings to house the generators. The generator building for the North Diversion Pump Station shall be split faced CMU, with an overhead door, louvers, dampers, a 3 foot 0 inch man door, interior lighting, 2 X 110 volt outlets, a 5KW heater, steel roof trusses (gable end) and asphalt locking tab shingles. The generato r for the Drain 21 Pump station shall be the same as the North Diversion, except that it shall be of cavity wall construction, and the facade shall match the facade of the existing pump station on the same site. Both generator buildings shall be founded o n a frost footing and be sized so as to allow four feet of clear space in each direction around each generator. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the SMALL BUSINESS COMPETITIVE DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM (Public Law 100-66). The North American Ind ustrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $31 million avg. gross revenue for the past 3 years. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price is between $200 ,000 and $300,000.
