Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912l5-07-T-0002 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. Requirement is Unrestricted. The NAIC code is 334516, SIC code 7373. Destination pricing required. The location for delivery is the Smyrna Readiness Center, 31st CST, 103 Artisan Drive, Smyrna, Delaware 19977. POC: Lara Goode, CP . 302-326-7580. Award would be based on lowest price, technically acceptable. Delivery shall be made within 30 days or less after receipt of order (ARO). If quoting an equivalent item, please email the description with specifications of the item you are quoting. The Contracting Officer will evaluate equal products on the basis of information furnished by the quote or identified in the quote and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obt aining any information not identified in the quote. The description of the commercial item is Clin 0001, 022-1035 TravelIR II Hazmat Chemical Identifier Partnership Package (1 ea), Sample interface is a single (1) reflection diamond requiring a single drop of liquid or grain of powder for analysis. Laptop Controller provided with the following minimum specifications: Dell Inspiron or equivalent, 2.80 GHZ Pentium Processor, 256 Mbytes Ram, 15 inch XGA display, 30 Gbyte hard drives. CD/DVD-ROM, External USB 1.44 Mbytes Floppy Drive, 2 USB 2.0 ports, integrated network interface card. Internal 56K modem, windows XP Professional operating system, Microsoft Office 2003 Small Business suite, USB cable. Software includes instrument control and diagnostics, spec tral library searching and report generation. The easy to use software allows all levels of users to operate the instrument with minimal training while ensuring accurate and verifiable results. Input power: 100-240 VAC 2.0 Amps max 50/60 HZ. TravelIIR I I package features: Pelican hardened shipping case, portable AC power supply, Sealable Pressure Device Standard 1 year standard warranty-see Partnership program plus an additional 3 year Partnership Program extension for a total of 4 years. On-site tra ining one day training held on site at the customers facility for up to 16 people. *Best efforts will be made to arrange and complete training within 45 days after receipt of unit. *A training day must be booked within one year after receipt of unit or training will be forfeited.
