Description

Requirement for award of a firm-fixed price contract to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to construct a bollard fence at the Commemorative Area, Fort McCoy, WI in accordance with the specifications, drawings an d conditions contained in the Request for Proposal. The project magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Alternative Payment Protection will be required after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 with a s mall business size standard of $13 Million. This Request for Proposal will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Quote documents will be available electronically at www.fedbizops.gov on or about 6 March 2007. Telephonic, written, faxed, or electronic req uest for hard copies of quote documents will be denied. Interested parties must access the web page for issuance of the Request for Proposal, associated documents, and any amendments that may be issued. Contractors will NOT be directly notified of amendmen ts. The Offer due date will be on or about 28 March 07. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Offers will be evaluated on technical, past performance and price. The solicitation will provide information as to what mus t be submitted for evaluation.
