Description: This procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses. The planned solicitation release date is March 12, 2007. The required completion date of the contract is no later than June 1, 2007. The United States Military Academy is soliciting for the Permethrin treatment and labeling of Government furnished summer Army Combat Uniforms (ACU), approximately 14,990 shirts and 10,050 pairs of pants. Any offeror submitting a quote on this requirement must possess a current EPA license to provide Permethrin treatment. The pesticide to be used must be registered with the State of New York DEC. The offerors must provide proof of the above requirements at the time they submit their offers.
