- We anticipate issuing an order against the Northrop Grumman Corporate Contract, F09603-03-D-0002, for Engineering Services for the Software Sustainment of the ALQ-155 System Operational Flight Programs and Mission Data Tool Set. Duration is 18 months After Receipt of Order (ARO). The solicitation will be issued sole source to Northrop Grumman, CAGE CODE: 26916. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies and/or Services required are available from only one responsible source and no other supply or services will satisfy agency requirements.
