- MT OMAD 18(40), Minuteman Missile Base Roads, Cascade, Judith Basin, and Teton County, Montana. THIS SOLICITATION IS OFFERED FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. THIS PROJECT WILL BE BID WITH a Base schedule plus (four) 4 Option schedules. THIS WORK CONSISTS OF 15.2 mi of roadway reconditioning, aggregate surfacing, bridge rehabilitation, and dust palliative placement. THE PROJECT INCLUDES Contractor Quality Control and Assurance, Contractor Sampling and Testing; Construction Schedules; Erosion Control -Straw bales: Base 128 ea, Opt A 52 ea, Opt B 76 ea, Opt C 16 ea, Opt D 32 ea; Watering for dust control: Base 2500 mgal, Opt A 500 mgal, Opt B 76 mgal, Opt C 1000 mgal, Opt D 1000 mgal; Untreated aggregate courses: Base 45620 T, Opt A 9610 T, Opt B 12440 T, Opt C 11940 T, Opt D 20460 T; Road reconditioning: Base 804 stations, Opt A 158 sta, Opt B 206 sta, Opt C 364 sta, Opt D 301 sta; Dust Palliative: Base 4770 sqyd; Timber structures: Base 5.3 MFBM; Culvert: Base 240 LF; Flagger hours: Base 990, Opt A 195, Opt B 250, Opt C 450, Opt D 370, and other smaller items of work. PROJECT IS LOCATED at various sites, all within a 50 mile radius of Great Falls, Montana. Work shall be completed by: Base April 11, 2008, Opt A May 7, 2008, Opt B June 3, 2008, Opt C June 30, 2008, Opt D August 1, 2008. Estimated PRICE RANGE is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Maximum line of credit is $750,000 with interest at prime rate, as published daily in the Wall Street Journal, plus 1.75 percent.
