- This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Soliciation/Request for Proposal. The Soliciation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The response date referenced above is estimated. Solicitation Issue date is on or about June 12, 2006, with the Response date on or around July 14, 2006. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Award will be made per NSN for the supplies covered. It is currently projected that stock orders will be issued. Purchase request number: IQC06079007001. NSN: 4720-01-207-8357, 4720-00-675-5329 and NSN 4720-00-930-5974. Contractor First Article Testing applies. The details and bid set related to the First Article Testing will be made available with the solicitation through the above mentioned website. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS ITEM DESCRIPTION: Nomenclature: Hose Assembly, Air Duct. NSN 4720-01-207-8357 I/A/W SAE AS7365, P/N AS7365B NSN 4720-00-930-5974 I/A/W SAE AS7365, P/N AS7365A NSN 4720-00-675-5329 I/A/W SAE AS7365, P/N AS7365B Full and Open Competition applies. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (1 year basic with four 1 year option periods) is anticipated. The current estimated annual demand quantities for these NSNs are as follows: NSN 4720-01-207-8357 is 680 each, NSN 4720-00-675-5329 is 1668 each and NSN 4720-00-930-5974 is 2668 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and possibly other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
