- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. N00104-07-R-Q323 is issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars through 2001-7. This is a small business set-aside. The Small Business Size Standard is $23,000,000. Schedule B identifies line item numbers as follows: CLIN 0001 Base Period Support Services 12 months FFP CLIN 0002 Travel / Other Direct Costs 1 Lot CLIN 0003 Deliverables 1 each NSP CLIN 0004 Option Period One Support Services 12 months FFP CLIN 0005 Travel / Other Direct Costs 1 Lot CLIN 0006 Deliverables 1 each NSP The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement for support services for program management to the JTDI Program Office and the Department of Defense Joint Aviation Commander?s Group. The support includes business, financial management, and technical disciplines for planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and leading team efforts in managing acquisition programs for the maintenance and sustainment of the JTDI web-based technology. The vendor?s solution shall provide a firm fixed price for the support services by completing Schedule B Supplies and Services for a twelve month base period and a twelve month option period. Additional line items to provide travel and Other Direct Costs for each performance period will be established and priced in advance. The Naval Air Systems Command located in Patuxent River, MD is the point of contact for acceptance. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, the quoter must include a completed copy of the provision with the offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders?Commercial Items Selected clauses apply .
