- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) program, located in El Centro, California, has a requirement for aerial services to support the Pink Bollworm Eradication Program for a period of up to five years, beginning on or about April 1, 2007. Services will be performed in the counties of San Bernardino, Riverside, and Imperial in southeastern California. The Government intends to award a competitive commercial contract resulting from the pending solicitation using trade-off evaluation procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 481112 with a size standard of 1500 employees. This requirement will use small business set-aside procedures.
