- Description
- This solicitation requires two (2) U.S. flag tugs to provide harbor support services and ship handling for the San Diego Harbor, CA area. This contract is for all tug requirements that cannot be satisfied with government owned, controlled or time-chartered tugs (both current and follow-on contracts with essentially the same terms). The RFP will be available on MSC's webpage at http://www.msc.navy.mil (Contracts) Request for Proposals/Quotation (RFP/RFQ) after November 16, 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-NOV-2006).
