- This is a commercial item solicitation expected to result in a firm fixed price contract for a base period and up to four option year periods. Contractor shall provide a certified instructor to teach an established forestry program to students at the Schenck Civilian Conservation Center, 98 Schenck Dr., Pisgah Forest, NC.
