Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to ISA Corporation, 6780 Sierra Ct, Ste R, Dublin, CA 94568-2600, for one (1) 45MW Klystron Modulator. The 45 Megawatt High Power Modulator is a newly design, build equipment and proprietary rights of ISA Co rporation. The 45 Megawatt High Power Modulator is compatible and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Serv ices will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
