- U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 11,000 rentable square feet of Class A office and related space along with 60 parking spaces. Space should yield approximately 9,600 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government reserves the right to determine minimum acceptable floor plate size and column spacing. The building must meet GSA Asbestos criteria, GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid. This space is to be used for the VHA medical clinic and must have the capability to house patients overnight
