Description: Navair is planning to purchase 30-60 Air Turbine Starter cut out switch kits PN KIT5933007 that are to be used on the Parker Hannifin 36E81-6QB and 36E81-6QC Air Turbine Starter. The new switch shall 1)have complete interchangeability with P/N 2489284 switch, 2)meet requirements of MIL-S-19557D for EMI capability and polarity insensitivity and 3)100% increase in switch reliability. The new switch must already be flight qualified for the EA-6B aircraft.
