Description: The Military Sealift Coomand request a vessel to act as a Maritime Support Vessel supporting various size craft both organic and non-organic. Support may include, but not be limited to, fuel transfer, spare part and stores transfer, and platform for at sea briefings/meetings, victualing. It is anticipated the vessel will be in a Full Operating Status throughout the charter period with extended at sea deployments. The request for proposal will be available 19 February 2007 at www.msc.navy.mil, contracts, request for proposals. The response due date is February 23, 2007.
