Description

The Bureau of Land Management New Mexico State Office has an upcoming requirement for the augmentation of the office's existing cable plants, removing all mini-hubs and adding network connection in areas where there is currently no network connectivity. Place of performance is 1474 Rodeo Road, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505. Performance will commence immediately after award. Period of performance is three weeks. Anticipated award of the firm-fixed price contract is on or by March 23, 2007. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability to meet the government need; price; and past performance. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. Request for Quotation No. GDQ070011 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted on or by February 27, 2007. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov, or directly at http://ideas.nbc.gov. This is a total Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. NAICS is 541512 with a small business size standard of $23M. PSC is D399.
