- Install Concrete Sidewalks Around Eight (8) Prefabricated Restroom/Shower Facilities on the Sam Rayburn Reservoir Project, Solicitation No. W9126G-07-B-0006. Point of Contact (POC): Ms. Jean Ross/Contract Specialist. All questions concerning any part of the specifications or the preparation of the quotation shall be addressed in writing to Email: Jean.Ross@swf02.usace.army.mil. All questions will be addressed as promptly as possible by return email. All prospective contractors are highly recommended t o participate in the site visit and address your questions. The project is to install concrete sidewalks around eight Prefabricated Restroom/Shower Facilities on the Sam Rayburn Reservoir Project. Project is located in Jasper County, Angelina County, San A ugustine County, and Sabine County, Texas. The Contractor is encouraged to make a site visit which can be arranged by contacting either Ray Livingston or Billy Taylor at the Sam Rayburn Corps of Engineers Lake Office at Tel: (409) 384-5717/5716, Fax: (409) 384-6076, Email: William.R.Livingston@swf02.usace.army.mil or billy.taylor@swf02.usace.army.mil between the hours of 8:00 A. M. and 4:30 P. M. Monday through Friday. This contract is a fixed price construction contract with a magnitude of $25,000 to $100,0 00. The Contractor is not to commence work under this purchase order until a signed copy of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is fully executed by the Contracting Officer. The performance period for the entire work ready for use is thirty (30) calendar days afte r all submittals are approved (See Schedule in the Scope of Work.) The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. Liquidated Damages (LD) of $50.00 per calendar day are applicable. The Contractor is required to comply with the attached scope of work for further project specifications. Davis Bacon Wage Decisions are applicable. The bid will be due 1 March 2007 by 10AM (CST). NAICS Code: 238910, Small Business Size Standard is $13M. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through the Internet. The Government Reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to che ck daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
