- The U.S Army Communications and Electronics Lifecycle Management Command (CE-LCMC) Acquisition Center intends to procure under a Firm Fixed price contract with one option period, 32 each Bellows Protection spare parts of the AS-4429/TSC Lightweight H igh-Grain X Band Antennas (LHGXA) with NSN number 5340-01-444-5395 and 45 each Bellows Protection spare parts of the AS4429/TSC Lightweight High-Grain X Band Antennas (LHGXA) with NSN number 5340-01-444-5396. The option will be for up to 100% of the origin al quantities. The solicitation will be issued to limited sources that are currently qualified to produce these items. The Government does not own the technical data package to detail the manufacture of these items. Currently, there are only two known m anufacturers that are capable to compete for this procurement. These contractors are Yale Industrial Products Inc. of 9415 Pioneer Ave. Charlotte NC 28273-6318 and Harris Corporation 2400 Palm Bay Rd. NE P.O. Box 37, Melbourne, FL 32902-0037. The Govern ment requires FOB destination to NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5001, with a delivery schedule of: 20 each 90 days after contract and 12 each 120 days after contract for NSN 5340-01-444-5395. A delivery schedule of: 25 each 90 days after contract and 20 each 120 days after contract for NSN 5340-01-444-5396. This limited sources acquisition is authorized under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated posting date of solicitation W15P7T-07-R-J003 is on or about March 1, 2007.
