Description

The United States Army Contracting AgencySouthern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Kidde Fire Trainers, Inc., 17 Philips Parkway, Montvale, NJ 07645-1810. This contract will be for the maintenance of mobile aircraft and structural trainers. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these services, then you must resp ond by February 26, 2007, 11 a.m. MST. E-mail your response demonstrating your firms experience and capability of provinding this requirement to Samuel Colton at samuel.colton@yuma.army.mil. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unin tentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specification of the above listed item. See Note 22 with the exception that the time period for the receipt of proposals for consideration is 6 d ays instead of 45 days.
