Answer--No Previous contract. 3) Old award/contract information-amount and or price if available Answer-- No previous contract. 4) Old contract award and solicitation # Answer-- No contract 5) Current contract budget estimate Answer-- Not available 6) Which part of the bid can be emailed or faxed Answer- Whatever method of submission used must be used for the whole package. 7) Has or would DHS considered making this requirement a service disabled veteran owned set aside? Answer--2-3 weeks after award. 9) How far before the class start dates will the contractor have set up access to the Biloxi facility?
