Description: Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a purchase order on a sole-source basis to Chicago Soft, Inc., Chicago, Illinois for maintenance of Chicago Soft MVS/Quick Reference Software Product. The intent is to issue a purchase order with a base and an additonal one-year option. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Written responses should include pricing and data sufficient to determine capability. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
