Elaine Brazelton, Contracting Specialist, FAX 256-842-6108, AMSAM-AC-AL-A, E-mail: martha.brazelton@redstone.army.mil; PRON: AX7F7096AX, NSN: 1615-01-164-3791 , P/N: 7-311160055-1, NOUN: Strut ASSY, ROTOR SU, Quantity: 25 each applicable to AH-64 Apache helicopter. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 375 Days After Contract Award (DACA) When First Article Testing is not applicable 250 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. When Alternate II clause is recommended Production-Lead time is 313 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in or der to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified sources(s) required acquisition of the part from the approved source(s); Arden Engineering Incorporated Cage 64658 , and McDonnell Douglas Cage 8V613. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described a bove are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Reque st (SAMSAR). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUI SITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
