Description: The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials and parts to inspect, perform preventative maintenance and provide emergency service on the Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Emission Control System. Preventative mainte nance will be performed quarterly and an annual inspection will also be conducted among other things trim burner and Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO). The contractor will also be responsible for emergency maintenance response with forty-eight hours an d shall be available outside normal duty hours to perform emergency maintenance. This proposal action will be a firm-fixed price contract for a base year and four one-year options. Period will be 12 months after receipt of an award. The annotating closi ng date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A site visit will be determined in the solicitation for venders to review the location and system for the work contemplated to be performed.
