Description
The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement to stock batteries Automotive Batteries. The solicitation is W912JV-06-T-0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by March 2, 2007, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to Laura.Florl@ng.army.mil or Brandy.Kloock@ng.army.mil 1.0 Scope of Work 1.1 The supplier shall furnish the following supplies/service if and when requested by the Contracting Officer during the period of 1 April 2007 through 31 March 2012 1.2 Scope of work A. Rebuilding of 2 & 4 cylinder air cooled Onan engines B. Repair engine blocks and heads for both size engines then rebuild the engine. C. 2 & 4 cylinder block repair: D. 2 & 4 cylinder head repair E. This engine contract is developed to ensure Oregon National Guard equipment is maintained in a manner consistent with the commanders objectives. It is the contractors requirement to meet all federal and state OSHA and environmental requirements as p art of the contract. F. Projected Annual Requirements is 24 engines per month x 12 months = 288 engines per year. Must be on OSMS, ISO approved vendor list. Must have a Dyno meter onsite and product needs to have a quality control rotational spin test preformed be for retuned. Also, must guarantee finished product minimum of 12 months. Pick up bad engines and deliver finished running engines. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contra ctors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal.
