Description

Provide pick up and incineration of medical waste for the VA Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan and the Outpatient Clinic, Toledo, Ohio. Contractor shall meet all requirements of the contract and be licensed in Michigan and Toledo for incineration of infectious and medical waste. NAICS 562211. Projected period of service is from April 1, 2007 through March 31, 2008 with four pre-priced optional renewal years. Requests for proposals are now available. Requests may be obtained directly from this website or by written request to the Contract Officer. Requests may also be requested via facsimile at 734-213-3833. Contractors are responsible for verigying that requrests have been received in the contracting office. Telephone or internet requests will not be accepted. All request must reference VA 251-07-RQ-0008. Proposals are due in the contract office by Thursday, March 8, 2007 at 3:00 pm local time, in Building 3, Rm R02 if handcarried to the VA Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor MI 48105 (mail code 54C). Proposal received after due date will not be accepted.
