- Responses to Questions Regarding Forensic Audit Request for Information USA-SNOTE-070131-005 Question: As part of the input on this Request for Information do you also want some description of the contractors capabilities or experience or are you simply looking for input on the actual RFI? Answer: The government is only looking for input on the RFI. Question: Is there a description of the scope for this project other than a forensic audit? Answer: There is no description of the scope for this project other than a forensic audit. Question: What is the quality of the contract information to be audited? Specifically: Question: a. Is it in electronic or in hard copy? Answer: The contract information to be audited is in both electronic and hard copy but, the majority is automated. Question: b. What is the estimated volume of contract information in pages or file-size? Answer: The current estimated volume of contract information was provided with the RFI. Question: c. What languages are the contracts in? Answer: The contracts are in English and Arabic. Question: d. Where are the contracts and other information physically located? Answer: The contracts and other information are physically located mainly in Baghdad, Iraq but, also in multiple locations in Iraq and USA. Question: e. Is travel OCONUS anticipated under this engagement? Answer: Yes, OCONUS travel is anticipated under this engagement. Question: Regarding the term schedules in question # 5, are you requesting a timeline, a work plan, or something else? Answer: Regarding the term schedules in quest ion #5, we are basically requesting a strawman schedule. Question: Regarding the term cost estimates, are you requesting fees or expenses and fees? Answer: Regarding the term cost estimates we are asking for full disclosure of all estimated costs to achieve objectives. Question: Please identify what kind of information and the requested format that you are requiring in the breakout referred to in question #6. Answer: We have no preconceived format or types of information for the breakout referred to in question #6. Question: In questions #7, does the term contractor refer to the respondent to this RFI? Answer: The term contractor in question #7 does not refer to the respondent to this RFI. The term contractor refers to the contractor the requirement is awarded to if the government decides to award a contract. Question: Do you anticipate a resulting RFP issued as a small business set-aside or will this acquisition be a full and open competition? Answer: The government has not made a determination on how a resultant RFP will be solicited at this time.
