- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The purchase request number is F2VT1J7010A100. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 332618, Other Fabricated Wire Product Manufacturing, the size standard of which is 500 Employees (Not to exceed). DESCRIPTION: Wire Cages. REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001 (15 Each) Four sided woven wire cages with roof and slide door (See attachment for picture) (Suggested mfr. Folding Guard, P/N G10108-4(Sides, 10?x10?x8?H; Slide Door, 5?Wx7?H w/1? Transom) and G1010R (Roof System). Brand Name or ?OR EQUAL? will be accepted. If providing an ?or equal?, please provide specs and drawings. (All interested vendors, please contact the POC listed below for a picture of the final product). Also, your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.ccr.gov.
