Description: In accordance with OMB Circular A-76 dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement of the Data Center Systems Management, Installation, and Network Monitoring, United States Census Bureau, Computer Services Division streamlined competition performance decision. All SLCF certifications were completed on February 9, 2007. As a result of this study, these functions will be performed by the Government?s Most Efficient Organization (MEO). Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition
