Description: Fabricate and deliver water control culverts and valves of varying size and complexity for the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) so the NWR can continue restoration within the refuge. The solicitation should be finalized and in fedbizzopps during the week of 12 February 2007. A build plan will be required to reflect the priorities set forth for the various culverts. That allows NWR personnel to install them in the most efficient manner. This procurement will be advertised on a sealed bid basis where the lowest responsive, responsible bidder will be awarded the contract.
