Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics-Lifecycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for 25 each Waveguide Switches (NSN: 5985-01-056-1033). There will be up to a 100% option f or the Waveguide Switches. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the three NSNs is 334220 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Packaging will be in accord ance with best commercial practices. Drawings will be posted on the IBOP along with the solicitation on or about March 1, 2007. This Solicitation will be a Sealed Bid. The Solicitation will instruct Contractors to sign and return the Representations an d Certifications to the Contracting Specialist at C-E LCMC. The delivery schedule shall begin 120 days after contract award with 25 each Waveguide Switches. The shipments are to be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance FOB Origin. All parties who are interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access, operate, send, and receive information from the IBOP at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. See note: No.1 No responses are required for this synopsis. The solicitation is expected to post on or about the date of this synopsis closing.
