- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. The solicitation number is N00259-07-T-0113, is issued for reference only. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-13. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.arnet.gov. This is an unrestricted action. The contractor shall provide: CLIN 0001: CASSETTE (Ultrasound Fluidics Management System) with Surgical Pack, 10/BX, ALCON P/N: AS551409, Qty: 40, U/I: BX, U/P:_________. Additional item information: The cassette are used to operate the Infinity Machine. Without the cassette the machine will not work. The cassette and machine work together to regulate the amount of BSS fluid from the bottle to the eye. The cassette comes with 0.9mm, 30 degree round tapered ABS tip. The disposable tips are used to remove the lens inside of the patients eyes. Intended use: for Infinity Vision System Surgical Pack consist of: MFR.
