- Travis AFB intends to award a sole source/brand name purchase order for 1 EA Video Bronchoscope which includes: 2 EA Video Bronchoscope, P/N: EB-1970K; 1 EA Fiber Intubastion TD 3.4, CD, P/N: FI-10BS; 1 EA Light guide cable BS-LCI, P/N: BS-LCI; 1 EA Video Module FBRINST-EP, P/N: PVK-1000; 2 EA Operator's manual, P/N: Z705; 2 EA Reprocessing manual, P/N: Z706; 2 EA Owner's Manual, P/N: Z180; 2 EA Operator Manual, P/N: 60304. Pentax Medical Co. is the manufacturer of the equipment currently in use at David Grant Medical Center, and the only known distributor of this scope. The David Grant technicians have been fully trained on the Pentax brand, and all current supplies and component equipment are compatible only with Pentax. Delivery is to be made to DGMC, 101 Bodin Circle, bldg 777, Travis AFB, CA 94535. Required delivery of the product is 30 days. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS code 339112 applies. SIC code 3841 applies.
