- The U.S. Coast Guard is looking for certified Small Business Set-Aside firms that may be interested and have the capabilities to perform haulout and repairs to boat 52315 a Motor Life Boat (MLB), homeported in Coos Bay, Oregon. The boat?s availability is for 6 weeks (31) calendar days, starting 01 May 2007 through 01 June 2007. The work will include, but is not limited to; tanks (MP fuel service) clean and inspect; DC panel installation; main switchboard replacement; weather deck preservation; hull plating, underwater body preserve, partial; sea trials; haulout and underwater body work and hull plating, underwater body preserve (100%). Bidders are advised that the solicitation, specification and other notifications can also be accessed on the web at: www.eps.gov. The Total Small Business Set-Aside f firm must meet the requirements per the FAR 52.219-14. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 336611 with a size standard of less than 1,000 employees.
