- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 2995-01-190-3676, RH070050070000, Valve Assembly. This is a Source Control Item in accordance with Honeywell International (Cage: 59364) P/N 319545-73. The other source listed is Service & Sales Inc. (Cage: 59915), P/N 319545-73. Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is February 20, 2007 and the solicitation closing date is March 20, 2007. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 120 each for the base year and 120 each for all option years. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Offerors requesting source approval on the basis of previous manufacture of production quantities of similar aerospace item(s) for the Government, OEM or other aerospace users, must submit the following additional documentation or certifications: 1. Complete technical data package to include all associated drawings and drawings of similar part(s) manufactured. 2. Identification of major differences between the similar item and approved part. 3. Evidence of testing conducted on the material used in the production of the similar item. 4. Description of value added by OEM. 5. Evidence of certification(s) that the contractor was responsible for the entire manufacturing process. 6. Evidence that the item was produced in production quantities and was accepted by the customer. 7. Comparison of manufacturing and inspection processes.
