Color: gray, Weight of this product is 1.1 lbs Note: These boxes must fit into a metal cart. ******************************** PROPOSED FEDBIZ OPS SYNOPSIS INFORMATION The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to _Office Planning Group, dba Tab of California for the purchase of _Legal Unit Boxes 4? Ivory Beige. These boxes are the only boxes that fix securely in the TAB Batch carts. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 Circumstances permitting other than full and open competition. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Request to be considered must include a full capability statement and must be received no later than Monday, February 5, 2007 at 12 pm PST. The reference number for this announcement is W-7-W2-25-34-D01-000. **Questions must be emailed to Denise Alvarez at _Denise.Alvarez@irs.gov not later than Monday, February 5, 2007. Questions received by fax or telephone will not be accepted or acknowledged. The Government anticipates an award date on or about Tuesday, February 6, 2007.
