- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is seeking vendors to provide 45000 POUNDS OF CALCIUM CARBONATE, ULTRA-FINE PRECIPITATED ? ALBAGLOS?, TECHNICAL 50 LBS MULTI-WALL BAG, (PALLETIZE SKIDS. To be in accordance with BEP Specifications (50 bags to skid 2500 lbs per skid. Vendor to provide certificate of analysis or certificate of conformance & results of inspection for each bach or lot in shipment. Fax & mail original certification to bep contact person. Ron Milne at 817 847 3754. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Far 6.302 and 13.10601. See numbered notes 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR part 12 and 13.106-3 shall be used. Place of delivery is Bureau of Engraving and Printing, 9000 Blue Mound Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76137. Delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and other non-price related factors. Offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
