Description

Project consists of the disconnection and demolition of the current lagoon sewage system and the design and installation of a new, complete septic system at the Mingo National Wildlife Refuge, Puxico, MO. The new sewer system design will include replacement of the current sewer line. All elements of this project shall be in compliance with the applicable laws, codes, and regulations and requirements of the State of Missouri and County of Stoddard. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is set aside for Emerging Small Businesses (ESBs) pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and FAR 19.1007(c). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors, with a size standard of 50% of $13.0M or $6.5M per FAR 19.1002. The solicitation package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://fedbizopps.gov on or about 02/15/07. Quotes will be due thirty (30) days after the date of the solicitation.
