Description

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source--Advanced Automated Security Systems LLC, 54 Washington Rd., Woodbury, CN 06798-4280 for a unique patented security and blast dissipation system for testing by the U.S. Army. This procurement is part of the Aberdeen Technology Transfer Initiative supported by the APG Business Development Office and Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to t he requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received by February 5, 2007. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed c ontract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
