Description
This is a Sources Sought Market Survey. The Wiesbaden Contracting Center, Wiesbaden, Germany, is seeking to identify additional sources to provide instructional (secondary and post-secondary, credit and non-credit) programs and education support serv ices for the following countries in the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR): Afganistan, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Seychelles, Somalia, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan and Yemen. Excluded countries are Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Egypt as they are currently under contract. Services may be required for at least some of these countries if not for all. The t ypes of educational services to be acquired by contract(s) include High School Completion, Microsoft Certification, Undergraduate, Graduate and Post-Graduate (resident and non-resident), and Education Support Services. The Government will consider multip le awards by CLINs. The academic institution(s) must be capable of providing courses, both face-to-face and distant education, in deployed locations that are conducted in comparable formats as those delivered within the United States. The Government will p rovide classrooms and space for contractor field representatives at education centers and logistical support in accordance with Memoranda of Understanding and/or Host Nation laws in those locations not under NATO SOFA. The contractors field representativ es will be provided, at each education center, access to DSN free of charge, and office supplies, office furniture, audio/visual equipment, computer/automation equipment, internal access, telephones, and local and long distance telephone access including d efense switching network (DSN), as required to fulfill the contract/mission requirements.
