Description

This announcement constitutes Solicitation Number FA4801-07-T-0005, which will be issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). Anticipated award to be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Per FAR 36.204, the Magnitude of the Project is estimated to be in the following range: Less than $25,000. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAR 2005-14. This acquisition is to be set aside and awarded to a small business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330. The size standard is $13,000.000.00. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: There is an existing wood strip floor in Building 325. The floor consists of two distinct areas: an elevated stage floor and a ballroom floor located at ground level. The Contractor shall refinish the stage floor and ballroom floor in accordance with the Wood Flooring Manufacturers Association (NOFMA). All specifications are included in the Statement of Work (SOW). PROJECT DETAILS: The Solicitation, which will include Site Visit date and time, and other attachments will be posted on or before 30 January 2007 and MUST BE downloaded from FedBizOps at www.fbo.gov; DO NOT REQUEST VIA MAIL OR FAX. IMPORTANT NOTICES: 1) RFQ submission must be in accordance with solicitation. 2) You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database. (Ref. DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration). 3) All Amendments, if applicable, must be acknowledged.
