Description: Cheyenne VAMC has a requirement for (2) four hour retina clinics per month at the Cheyenne VAMC. Contractor is required to perform at the Cheyenne VAMC, Cheyenne Wyoming all and appropriate ophthalmology consultation and procedures resulting from weekly clinics including ophthalmologic diagnostic imaging, interpretation of diagnostic tests, ophthalmologic procedures and inpatient care. All post-operative follow-up care shall be performed at the Cheyenne VAMC. This solicitation will be set-aside 100% for small business. NAICS code 621111 applies with a size standard of $9 million annual. Solicitation document will be available on the FedBizOpps web-site on or about February 6, 2007. All requests for hard copies shall be submitted in writing via fax or e-mail to the contracting officer. Due date for proposals will be March 6, 2007.
