- SPAWAR System Center Charleston intends to award this requirement for electronic surveillance systems on a sole source basis to Phoenix Worldwide Industries, Inc., Miami, FL 33157. Phoenix Worldwide Industries is the only known source to provide the specialty platforms and electronic surveillance systems that have the capacity to operate remotely worldwide. See list below. a. Stealth Man Emplaced Electro-Optical Unattended ???Lighthouse??? Sensor b. Stealth Man Emplaced Electro-Optical Unattended ???Brick??? Sensor c. Emergency Communications System ??? Archiving d. Emergency Communications System ??? Dual Redundant e. Intelligent Video Module- Ethernet Version f. Intelligent Video Module- Wireless Version A firm fixed price contract in the estimated amount of $5 million is anticipated for a base year period with one option year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334419 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
