Description

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to award a contract on a non-competitive basis for the procurement of personnel who will collect biological specimens in the Republic of Georgia. The anticipated award will be made under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, to Technology Mangement Company, 2500 Louisiana Boulevard NE, Suite 300, Albequerque, NM. Specifically, FAR 6.302-1(b)(2), states, the existence of limited right s in data&make the supplies&available from only once source. The United States Army Medical Institute for Infectious Disease (USAMRIID) needs an organization capable of recruiting personnel to conduct clinical assessment of diagnostic assays for the threat and detection of biological agents in the Republic of Georgi a. It is, to our knowledge, the only such organization with that capability. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
