CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. This solicitation incorporates Technical Data Packages (TDPs) that will be provided via the internet , along with the solicitation. This Solicitation has a requirement for first article testing. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY07 requirement.
